Luis Montes is a Costa Rican attorney with extensive and recognized professional experience. He has recognized expertise as a litigator and as a business consultant. Throughout his professional career, Luis has advised in complex businesses structures. Also, he is an specialist in Labor and Public Law, and has a Ph.D. in Civil and Commercial Procedure Law, and has served as director of complex litigation for national and multinational companies. Luis currently represents five of the largest companies in Costa Rica and acts as a legal advisor in more than twenty Boards of Directors, including business chambers, service companies, Free Trade Zone Regimes companies, metallurgical companies, hydrocarbon companies, chemical products companies, and more.
