BIOGRAPHY
As part of the law firm’s Corporate Practice, Andrea has developed her experience by providing legal advice to an important portfolio of national and international clients, and by handling diverse proceedings before public and private institutions. Also, Andrea has assisted national and international investors in the incorporation of their companies, and has participated in cross-border financial transactions, as well as in the acquisition of local companies. She has been involved in transactions of important corporate groups and has assisted them to begin operations in Costa Rica.
Additionally, Andrea has participated in complex white collar crime cases, in Civil, Commercial, and Notary and Registry Law transactions, and in registration processes of all kinds. Furthermore, Andrea has extensive experience in Real Estate transactions, foreign direct investment, start-ups, and more. Finally, Andrea has participated in strategic negotiations that are related to the development of real estate projects, corporate restructuring, as well as comprehensive due diligence procedures.
